Run Events, Attractions and Reservation Details
The Gold Rush Run is centered in Cottage Grove OR with accommodations at Village Green Resort and RV Park. The RV park is co-located
on the site and is the central location for our road run activities. RV spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are not taken in advance. RV rates are $27.50 per night.
We will reserve an additional space for meetings and evening meals. Tent camping is not available.
The Village Green Resort provides deluxe accommodations for those without an RV. Standard room rates are $109.00 per night, $119.00 for a Deluxe room.
Rates include a complimentary continental breakfast. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional guests are $10.00 per person per night. City room tax is 10%.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
To reserve a room, call 1-800-343-7666 and identify yourself as a participant in the Antique Motorcycle event to receive the special rate. Reserve your room before June 11, 2012.
Members are responsible for their room reservation, tax, and incidental charges at check-out. A 48-hour cancellation fee is enforced, additionally should any guest choose to
checkout prior to their confirmed departure date, a checkout fee of $25.00 is charged. A deposit equal to a one night’s stay or credit card guarantee is required to hold each room reservation.
Road Run resistration fees are $75 for riders, $40 for passengers. Membership in the AMCA and, for riders under 65, a motorcycle no less than 35 years old is required to participate in the rides. Guests are always
welcome to drop in and meet our members and see their amazing machines. We're excited to have such a beautiful location as a
backdrop for this event.

The Village Green Resort has a main lodge housing the restaurant and lounge. Northwest cuisine and wines are highlighted on the menu. The lounge has live entertainment every evening.
There are two types of rooms at Village Green Resort, Deluxe Rooms and Standard Rooms. All of the hotel rooms are non-smoking and
offer the guest access to all of the amenities on the property including the restaurant, pool, lounge and gardens.

Row River Trail is located at the lower elevations of Oregon's Cascade Mountains. If you can rhyme with cow you can say Row and it was because of
cows that Row River got its name. It was named "Row" after a dispute between two men battling over cattle and sheep grazing rights during settlement of the
valley in the early 1850's. The disagreement ran so deep that one man lost his life during this quarrel or "row."

Lane County, with 20 covered bridges, has the distinction of possessing more covered bridges than any county west of the Mississippi.
Seventeen of these bridges are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Read the Covered Bridges brochure.

Baker Bay Park, includes 80 acres located 29 miles south of Eugene, Oregon, on the shores of Dorena Lake.
There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $10 per reservation. The site fees per night are $20 for most sites or $22 for premier sites,
with no hookups (water is available) at any site and $7.00 per extra vehicle. Fees include access to the day use areas.
Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to the date you want to arrive. Drop-ins are only guaranteed 2 nights in a site. Sites accommodate RV/tents. Use of dump station free with payment for campsite.

Middlefield Golf Course is a beautiful, 18-hole executive public course located in Cottage Grove, Oregon. The course has easy access from Interstate 5
by taking the Cottage Grove exit (exit 174). The course is a challenging 18-hole executive course surrounded by mature landscaping. You can
book a Tee-time online.
